Modern and incredibly beautiful hotel, had very pleasant stay.
It was in the center of Pescara, and minute walk from Chiesa Sant'andrea. Had central heating, a personal safe, and multi-channel television in my new-fashioned room. The breakfast had good choice of options and coffee and tea were fresh...

OMG! This place was mind-blowing! The hotel had a cozy home-like vibe, but with a modern twist. The rooms were super clean and comfortable, and the bathroom was spacious and spotless. The staff was incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to make my stay unforgettable. The small dining area and balcony were perfect for enjoying a coffee and taking in the fresh air. The kitchenette could use a few more pots and pans, but it was stocked with an amazing variety of breakfast goodies, snacks, and drinks. The free Wi-Fi was fast and reliable, and there was even a flat-screen TV for entertainment. The location was great, just a short walk from the train and bus station. And kudos to the staff for helping me with my heavy bicycle case! it was a jaw-dropping experience, and I can't wait to come back. Highly recommend!

I recently stayed at Casa Gaia for business and it was a delightful experience. The receptionist was friendly and helpful, and the location was perfect - just a short walk from the main street and train station. There were plenty of great restaurants and stores nearby, and the beach was only a few meters away. The breakfast provided was perfect, with a variety of delicious options. The room was amazing, with a comfortable bed and spacious, spotless bathroom. The common area was beautifully decorated and the kitchen had a wide selection of treats. The Wi-Fi worked perfectly and the hostess, Roberta, went above and beyond to make my stay comfortable and memorable. I will definitely be returning to Casa Gaia when I'm back in town.

Nice location and good value for money. The room was very clean and the reception staff were polite and helpful. The breakfast was good with a variety of food choices. The hotel was located very near to the train and bus stations which was great for transportation. The Wi-Fi also worked well.
The rooms were quite small and cramped. The bed was uncomfortable and the pillows were lumpy which made it difficult to sleep.

The bed was comfortable and the bathroom was nice. the hotel was located close to a street with coffee bars, shops, and people enjoying their passeggiata, which was convenient. Plus, the breakfast was good.
Finding the hotel was a nightmare. It is located on a street without car access, so I had to carry my bags for blocks.
